The New York Jets quarterback was the No. 2 overall pick in his NFL Draft, but is now considered a &#8220;bust.&#8221; Develop into a starter? Nope. Mature behind Aaron Rodgers? Nope.
Permission to seek a trade? Yup &#8230; But not many suitors will be knocking on that door.

So even as ESPN notes the &#8220;permission given to seek a trade&#8221; angle? This is almost surely really going to be about the Jets waiting, waiting and waiting &#8230; and then cutting the first-round failure.
