She&#8217;s managed to defy time with her youthful appearance and now Madonna&#8216;s hands are reportedly getting the A-list treatment in a bid to keep them looking their best.
After revealing the smoothest of hands on a recent outing, the Daily Mirror reports that the 57-year-old singer has sought the help of professionals in order to banish wrinkles and unsightly veins.
The publication reports: &#8216;The veteran singer has undergone a course of £250-a-go redermalization mesotherapy sessions.

&#8216;The treatment, from Russia, involves micro-injections of amino acids, vitamins and hyaluronic acid to stimulate the production of skin-plumping collagen.&#8217;
A source added: &#8216;Madonna has always been conscious of her hands. She has to wear gloves for 36 hours afterwards because hands come up with unsightly bubbles of air.&#8217;

Madonna has faced one of the most turbulent periods in her personal life in recent months as she and ex-husband Guy Ritchie battled through the international court system for custody of their teen son Rocco.
But she has made a huge step in healing her family&#8217;s rift as she united all four of her children for an emotional visit to Malawi, where both her adopted children David and Mercy were born.
The pop superstar and her family visited the African nation this week as she checked on the progress of a medical centre she is supporting in the southern city of Blantyre.

After checking out the progress of a paediatric surgery and Malawi&#8217;s first ever intensive care unit, 10-year-old David returned to his native village of Lipunga, close to Malawi&#8217;s border with Zambia to see his family and receive his tribal name in a special ceremony.

As Madonna updated fans on the family&#8217;s trip, however, she mistakenly used an emoji of the Kenyan flag, which is also made up of similar green, red and black blocks.
Posting under the photo, one commentor wrote: &#8216;Should have educated her about the flag.&#8217;
While another added: &#8216;Please replace the Kenyan flags with our Malawi flag in this post.&#8217;

Despite the faux pas, Madonna organised a harmonious meeting between David and his father, Yohane Banda &#8211; who claims the star is &#8216;happy&#8217; again now she has been reunited with her son.
In an exclusive interview, he told MailOnline: &#8216;I only want the best for my child and I was concerned for him when the custody battle with Rocco was happening.
&#8216;There was a rift and it has now been healed.&#8217;
