Anthony Joshua claims he &#8220;can&#8217;t sit around and wait&#8221; for a British heavyweight superfight against Tyson Fury, ahead of a chance to reclaim world champion status.
The 34-year-old will face Daniel Dubois for the IBF title at Wembley Stadium on September 21, live on TNT Sports Box Office, after undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk resigned the title to fulfill a contractual obligation to fight Fury again.

Anthony Joshua thinks he &#8220;can&#8217;t wait until I&#8217;m 50&#8221; to meet Tyson Fury in an all-British superfight, which might reunite the global heavyweight division once more.
The 34-year-old has the opportunity to become a world champion again when he faces mandatory challenger Daniel Dubois for the IBF title on September 21 at Wembley Stadium, broadcast live on TNT Sports Box Office.
Oleksandr Usyk&#8217;s contractual obligation to meet Fury in a rematch after becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion forced him to relinquish the IBF championship, but he retains the WBC, WBO, and WBA titles.

Victory for Joshua would return him to world champion status before Fury has a chance to do the same, with the rematch taking place in Saudi Arabia on December 21. But a win for both could set-up a long awaited contest next year.
&#8220;It&#8217;s a fight that&#8217;s been brewing for a long time,&#8221; Joshua told BBC Sport.
&#8220;I can&#8217;t wait until I’m 50 to fight Fury because I&#8217;d have had so many wars, I can&#8217;t sit around and wait, I&#8217;ve got to continue to fight.&#8221;
&#8220;Let&#8217;s just get the fight on while we&#8217;re fresh &#8211; how many wars do I have to have before I get to Fury? Let’s go.”

Joshua first needs to get past Dubois but he is in good form, having recorded victories in his last four fights following back-to-back defeats to Usyk.
In Dubois, he will be taking on a boxer he knows well, having trained with him in the past, but he denies his next opponent once got the better of him.

&#8220;I knew Daniel from the GB squad. I&#8217;d just turned professional but I stayed around the GB squad. I&#8217;d still train there, so we would spar. Good spars,” Joshua told Sky Sports.
&#8220;This whole conversation that you&#8217;re trying to get at, he just cracked me with a good shot. But I don&#8217;t know where this whole narrative that someone turned my lights off came from.
“There were a lot of people that were in the gym that day. And they&#8217;ve come out and said nothing happened.&#8221;
The bout will be the headline act after five other all-British fights, among which feature Josh Warrington’s world featherweight title defence against super featherweight champion Anthony Cacace.
The entire event will be broadcast live on TNT Sports Box Office on September 21.
