Kourtney and Scott, who were together on and off from 2006 to 2015, are co-parenting three children &#8211; Mason, Penelope, 11, and Reign, nine.

This Thursday, the day of his sighting with Mason, TV viewers noticed boxes of  Mounjaro stocked inside of Scott&#8217;s fridge on the latest episode of The Kardashians.
During the season five premiere episode, Scott, 40, opened his fridge during a chat with Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner &#8211; inadvertently revealing what appeared to be two packages of the drug sitting on the door.
&#8216;Skinny legend Scott,&#8217; one fan remarked as they posted the findings to TikTok.
The weight loss jab sat on the door above several neatly-arranged cartons of almond milk.
Like the widely-known weight loss jab Ozempic, Mounjaro is a diabetes medication that has also been used to help people shed the pounds.
Khloe and Kris had paid Scott a visit at his home when the medication was made visible.
Scott has clearly lost a lot of weight since the fourth season, when he was having issues with his back after a nasty car accident.

The insider claimed the star, like many in Hollywood, wanted to use the wonder drug as a quick way to get rid of the extra pounds he had gained.
&#8216;Scott wanted the easy way out of his dad bod,&#8217; they said. &#8216;But now it has clearly gone too far and, of course, the family is worried about him.&#8217;
The source added: &#8216;They will likely use this for show ratings in The Kardashians. Scott is strong and will be able to get through this – especially now that he knows that it has become a huge problem with his image and fame.&#8217;

Dr Gary Motykie, a plastic surgeon from California, told DailyMail.com &#8216;Typically, medications like Ozempic don&#8217;t exhibit such aggressive effects.&#8217;
&#8216;However, if Scott is using semaglutide, it might be in an overly aggressive manner, which could exacerbate the issue. The most noticeable change in his appearance is his hollow, dark under-eye area.&#8217;
Dr Jeffrey Spiegel, a plastic surgeon from Massachusetts, agreed, but pointed out mental health problems, substance abuse and eating disorders could also play a role.
Regardless of the cause, he told this website: &#8216;The concern lies in the potential for malnutrition, which is never a positive sign.
