Serena Williams is tracking down better approaches to expand her certainty under a year in the wake of conceiving an offspring.
The 42-year-old tennis star — who as of late flaunted her bends in a pink suit and plunging shirt — took to Instagram to share a video of herself recovering her body with a spa treatment that objectives her belly scars.
&#8216;Being alright to set aside margin for myself is something I have consistently battled with,&#8217; the resigned competitor wrote in the subtitle.
&#8216;I finally started started being ok to take an hour (during nap time ) away from my kids and work to do something for myself,&#8217; she explained.
In the clip, the Michigan native lay on the treatment table rocking a white crochet top and matching skirt.

&#8216;Being ok to take time for myself is something I have always struggled with,&#8217; the retired athlete penned in the caption
&#8216;I always feel guilty leaving them but I have to also remember taking care of myself, will only help me take better care of them,&#8217; she added.
Williams went on to explain how she came across the procedure and how she can already see results.
&#8216;On my last trip to Paris a girlfriend of mine treated me to a spa day. She knows after 2 babies I have been self conscious of my tummy. I just had to post this video she took.
&#8216;The results have been amazing. I can see progress with my skin going back to normal and my confidence coming back. Listen my body will never be the same but neither will I cause I have 2 amazing lights in my life. @Olympiaohanian and @adiraohanian,&#8217; she wrote.
The mother-of-two continued, &#8216;I will always love my birthing scars but I just wanted to say thanks to my friend Mia and Nat for letting me know it’s ok to take time for myself away from work and kids.

Serena welcomed her second daughter — named Adira River Ohanian — last August with husband Alexis Ohania.
