They also claimed Black Noir was on an overseas mission despite being murdered by Homelander, before replacing him with an actor. While there is no guarantee Jessie T. Usher will reprise his role in The Boys&#8216; final season, A-Train still has unfinished business and needs to return as a hero. Given Queen Maeve didn&#8217;t appear in season 4 after being written out during season 3&#8217;s finale, it&#8217;s possible A-Train&#8217;s fate also remains a mystery, but this would be a waste. He has become one of the show&#8217;s most important characters and had a great story in season 4. Additionally, he&#8217;s one of the few supes that could potentially cause Homelander problems, meaning his help may be essential to defeating the antagonist.
