Chace Crawford claimed that he had love relationships off-screen after his professional interactions on Gossip Girl become amorous. Here&#8217;s what he had to say about getting into relationships with co-stars.
There&#8217;s one secret Chace Crawford will never tell. And that&#8217;s which one of his Gossip Girl costars he&#8217;s hooked up with because, yes, apparently it happened.

&#8220;I would say those things are inevitable,&#8221; Chase coyly confirmed to Alex Cooper during his appearance on the June 12 episode of Call Her Daddy. &#8220;When you&#8217;re in your 20s&#8230; the thing is you&#8217;re on these things—people probably think it&#8217;s these 𝓈ℯ𝓍y scenes or whatever, that&#8217;s like the worst part of it, with 60 people watching. It&#8217;s the downtime. You&#8217;re doing this show, you&#8217;re on set for like 12-14 hours a day and usually there&#8217;s some pretty interesting people from all walks of life.&#8221;
But before fans jump to conclusions, the 38-year-old hinted it may not have been one of the show&#8217;s main cast members, which included actors such as Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Michelle Trachtenberg and Jessica Szohr.
&#8220;There&#8217;s a lot of actors and people coming onto the show, over the years,&#8221; he noted. &#8220;And I was fortunate enough to have in the city a really good friend group. And everyone else has their little friend group. So you meet people in that wider circle, it&#8217;s not just that tiny little circle. There&#8217;s a lot of people involved. But again, it was like our college experience.&#8221;
And on whether The Boys star ever knew of relationships between costars he helped keep secret? &#8220;Oh yeah,&#8221; he answered. &#8220;Absolutely.&#8221;
This, assumedly, doesn&#8217;t include the show&#8217;s IRL couples that were very much public knowledge, such as Blake and Penn Badgley, Jessica and Ed Westwick as well as Leighton and Sebastian Stan—all of whom have since moved on to new partners.

But Chace—who played Nate Archibald over Gossip Girl&#8216;s six seasons—also gave an inside look into what makes encounters such as these &#8220;inevitable&#8221; for him.
&#8220;The danger is if you connect right away with sense of humor, at least for me,&#8221; he confessed. &#8220;Like if you have a rapport and can kind of banter, and give each other s&#8211;t. I&#8217;m like, &#8216;Oh, I gotta watch out.'&#8221;

On a more personal note, Badgley is also a married man. The actor tied the knot with Domino Kirke, the sister of Girls actress Jemima Kirke, in Feb. 2017. They welcomed their first 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 together in August 2020. Of course, fans of GG remember Badgley and Lively dated during the show&#8217;s early run before splitting in 2010.

Meester married actor Adam Brody (aka The O.C.&#8216;s Seth Cohen) and they&#8217;re parents of a daughter named Arlo, born in 2015, and a son born in 2020, whose name has not been revealed.
