The boxer is shaking up his usual surroundings as he fights to reclaim the world title—ready to work with a new trainer and move away from his Sheffield base—and he has shared a new set of gym rules that he and his training partners will follow for the upcoming camp.
He issued the challenge with a notice displaying 10 rules, posted on his Instagram Story, which included a warning that &#8220;no fooling around&#8221; is allowed in his gym, telling guests that &#8220;boxing is serious business.&#8221;
And in another stern reminder of the importance of the upcoming fight, he told any &#8220;spies and traitors&#8221; who might enter his gym to &#8220;get lost because we don’t want you.&#8221;
Visitors were also asked to &#8220;keep quiet until you know what you&#8217;re talking about&#8221; and urged to &#8220;arrive on time&#8221; for training and sessions, and to &#8220;give 100 percent&#8221; because &#8220;we will too.&#8221;

The heavyweight star has yet to officially sign a deal to face Daniel Dubois again after a bruising night in September.
Joshua’s clear and direct messages come after he said in October that he’s &#8220;tired of losing&#8221; and vowed to give Dubois a &#8220;fight&#8221; in the upcoming rematch, saying he’s &#8220;frustrated&#8221; about losing the title and that &#8220;there may be a knockdown&#8221; when they meet in the ring again.
